The Association Innovation Training Orientation Work (hereinafter, ‘”Infol”) expresses its commitment and attention to the processing of personal data of users of the website www.csinfol.it (hereinafter, the “Site”), through the adoption of a personal data confidentiality policy in compliance with the regulations of the current Code regarding the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”), contained in the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196. On this page you can find the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the Site, through a specific information that is provided, pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code, to all those who interact with the web services provided by Infol, accessible electronically starting from the address: http://www.csinfol.it corresponding to the official home page of the Site. The information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links accessible from the site. The information provided on this page also takes into account Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, granted on 17 May 2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, such as, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

Information pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code on the processing of data relating to navigation on the Site

Type of data processed and purpose of the processing The navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration by the user except in cases where the collection of personal data is necessary for the achievement of certain purposes such as, by way of example: registration to the association, allowing participation in any forum, sending a curriculum vitae or sending e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on the Site. During access to the Site, it is therefore possible to distinguish the data deriving from the user’s navigation only, from the data made voluntarily by the user in relation to certain purposes. Data deriving from the user’s navigation The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These data processing and association activities are never carried out or commissioned by Infol to third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used by Infol exclusively in anonymous form and for statistical purposes related to the use of the Site and its proper functioning. The data could be used and stored in the event of suspected computer crimes against the Site, for which Infol reserves the right to appeal to the competent authorities to ascertain any liability.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The personal data provided by users who voluntarily interact with the Site, giving their personal data to Infol for the achievement of certain services (registration, participation in any forum, sending a curriculum vitae or e-mail messages, etc.), they are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is strictly necessary for the execution of the service (shipment of material, etc.). Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, the user has the right to obtain: 1) confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form; 2) the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which do not need to be kept in relation for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 4) The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. Data processing for journalistic purposes

The personal data present in the information content of the Site, present on the Site for journalistic information purposes (news, photos, videos, etc.), are processed in accordance with the provisions of Title XII of the Privacy Code and in particular by articles 136 (Journalistic purposes and other manifestations of thought), 137 (Applicable provisions), 138 (Professional secrecy) and 139 (Code of ethics relating to journalistic activities).
