The Association Innovation Training Orientation Work (hereinafter, ‘”Infol”) expresses its commitment and attention to the processing of personal data of users of the website www.csinfol.it (hereinafter, the “Site”), through the adoption of a personal data confidentiality policy in compliance with the regulations of the current Code regarding the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the “Privacy Code”), contained in the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196. On this page you can find the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the Site, through a specific information that is provided, pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code, to all those who interact with the web services provided by Infol, accessible electronically starting from the address: http://www.csinfol.it corresponding to the official home page of the Site. The information is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links accessible from the site. The information provided on this page also takes into account Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, granted on 17 May 2001, to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, such as, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.
Information pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code on the processing of data relating to navigation on the Site
Type of data processed and purpose of the processing The navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration by the user except in cases where the collection of personal data is necessary for the achievement of certain purposes such as, by way of example: registration to the association, allowing participation in any forum, sending a curriculum vitae or sending e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on the Site. During access to the Site, it is therefore possible to distinguish the data deriving from the user’s navigation only, from the data made voluntarily by the user in relation to certain purposes. These data are used by Infol exclusively in anonymous form and for statistical purposes related to the use of the Site and its proper functioning.
