The training course is addressed to primary and secondary school teachers, school directors and IT coordinators and all teaching staff in general who wish to acquire the needed skills for applying coding and robotics with educational purposes. This course aims to introduce participants to the Arduino software; all students love working with Arduino, it’s innovative, user friendly and easy to understand and a great way to start learning more about electronics and robotics. This 5days course will use both theoretical and practical sessions to teach the basic skills needed to introduce to the Arduino software and C++ coding language.
By the end of the course you will have all the skills required for your own Arduino project, and we will give you an Arduino set and all the different parts needed to do it for yourself.
-Provide teachers with practical ideas on how they can incorporate technology
into their lessons;
-Promote basic training on topics such as controls, automatisms, robots and
-Familiarize teachers with current use of robotics and coding in nowadays
-Providing innovative ways of teaching STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering
and Mathematics) using problem solving, object analysis, use of scales…
-Promote new digital competences among teachers;
-Developing actively and constructively students’ involvement in the work at
class using coding and robotics;
-Enlarge teachers technic vocabulary and familiarize them with different
-Exchanging experiences in cooperative and collaborative learning process as
long as in creativity and innovation;
-Sharing of good practice in teaching and learning, using coding and robotics,
enabling teachers to become confident and competent enough to create an
interactive classroom experience for their students.
The educational programme will be re-organised accordingly to the professional needs of our partners. All courses proposed will pass through an accurate assesment of needs, goals and learning outputs. This process will be enhanced before every partnership request as the daily schedule.

The course will combine theory input and discussion with analysis of practical incidents with the purpose of finding out different possible solutions. The methodology used is mainly content-based language instruction (communication through specific content).Text discussion, oral presentation and discussion, role-playing, self- and meta-reflection, debating and group interaction will be the strategies more frequently used.
